Every real estate project is a complicated mix of financing sources linked to development and construction uses. We believe everything starts and ends with a plan and our job is to create those plans and then manage those plans to completion, modifying for the obstacles that may arise during development.  

Each one of our clients and financial partners comes with different goals for different spaces. When we start with a project we go through the existing conditions and development goals and create a scope that connect you from the beginning to the end. That scope interrelates to the schedule and budget and starting with these three cornerstones we iterate and refine until we have a project that satisfies the business plan.  

Your project may be in various states of the development process and we our CAMP model to help identify how we can best participate in bringing the project to fruition. 

You can choose to bring us on as a Consultant, Advisor, Manager or Partner with each level of service corresponding with a level of involvement that respects the level of engagement and oversight the client wants to keep or take from the project. We can jump in in a Consulting role and evaluate the project providing a detailed report and plan or stay on as an Advisor to help monitor and provide feedback about the progress of the project. Many clients ask us to take on the duties of directing the team members as a Manager or participate in the risk as a Partner responsible for some or all of the performance of the project.
